Reconstruction of the Company

After my company had faced many difficulties, I decided to join up with a company can match up with our capabilities.
I called the manager for a meeting to discuss this matter. One of them lashed out at my idea and told me that I quickly gave up and we have to get over theses difficulties. Another manager was nodding off as if he was not apart of this meeting.
I clearly mentioned that we had to open up in this meeting in order to finalize and reach to suitable solution. We all had to own up and we missed up a lot .
In the end we decided to give up the idea of joining up with another company and reconstruct what had been damaged before.
