1.Pick on = Angry,Unkind to same person often and unfairly.
2.Perk up = To become or cause someone become happier,engertic and active.
3.Thrash out = To discuss the matter until solution dont find.
4.Carry out = To do something for what u have been asked.
5.Rope in=To persuade someone to do something.

Project Deadlines-Title story

Sanjay K was the project manager in software industry.He always busy to rope in the team memebrs to work according to him.Also, he was pick on to those who didn't agree with him and he perked up when he came to know that some team members carried out the project work with his instruction.He also arranged the meeting with clients and spent the whole day for thrashing out.He never missed the project deadlines.
