Chris wants to ask Belinda out by inviting her to the party this Friday. Chris hasn't been asking a lady out for ages. His dating skills is just rusting away. He does not want to mess things up, so instead of asking her for a date. He just asks Belinda to come along to the party without offically inviting her to come to his Birthday's party.
