New House After A Long Time

Long time ago, I moved in to my new house in London. Actually, I was very happy to own a new house after living in a rented house over 25 years. The house was big so I rented the upstairs to somebody. The person was very naughty , moreover he stayed up late dancing and shouting. In fact , I could not put up with his terrible behavior any longer. Some times I wanted to burn down the house and even to blew up it . I decided to kick him from my house but I already signed an agreement with him and no way to do any legal action against him. This agreement broke me down and made me to stand him till the agreement expire.
