living in a bad moment

I have been working hard for more than two years in order to find a job. I registered in an English classes whre I am already in the academic language course. I have studied a post graduated course in Advanced counselling Techniques at the George Brown College. This fall I'll finish the last course of five. I have been working as a volunteer in a community centre two times per week. In this centre I have develop a lot of programs, individual counselling treatment, group treatment, I have participate in meetongs with the staff as well. After all these time I feel as if I were stopped in the same step than two yeras ago. Confussion, insecurity and lack of trusth in my future has become a reality. What should be my next step?. Who nkows. I just need fresh air, a little drop of inspiration and motivation to continuos or to make a desicion to change.
