Give Up Smoking

My friend was heavy smoker. I tried to advise him to get rid of cigarette but I could not since he did not listen.
Once a day , I and my friend were taking turns with a manual works near the mountains in order to carry rocks from one place to another. As the result of this hard work, we worn out our shoes every two weeks.
My friend got tired quicker than me since he is smoker. He decided to get rid off cigarettes very soon. I appreciated him for throwing away the cigarettes and giving up smoking.
