I brush my teeth daily. My teeth are not very strong and they get cavities easily. I noticed that many people in other countries have good tooth brushing habits. In fact, I used to hate brushing my teeth when I was younger. It was only when I finally moved to another country that I began to brush my teeth daily.
Now, I brush my teeth in the morning everyday. I also brush after lunch somedays, and I always brush my teeth before going to bed.
